Introduction
The Kite Runner tells the story of two boys, Amir and Hassan from the Wazir Akbar Khan district of Kabul. Hassan serves Amir's father as his servant and Amir is close friends with him. There is a series of events in this story that happen, from the collapse of Afghanistan's monarchy, the Soviet invasion, the exodus of refugees to Pakistan and the U.S, and the rise of the Taliban.
This story is about friendship, loyalty, betrayal, forgiveness, redemption, war, fear, and is over-all a good story from what I've read already (I haven't read it all yet, but I will soon.)
